By registering on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with this User Agreement (hereinafter - the Rules). Administration Service (hereinafter -Administration) reserves the right at its sole discretion, to change and (or) supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice, and (or) further notice. The Administration will publish the rule changes on this page.

Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes and (or) additions. If you do not agree to abide by these rules, do not use the Site, and if you are a registered user, delete your account and (or) leave the Site. Your personal liability is regularly reviewing this page to review the current edition of the Rules.

1. Registration data, security of your account

1. By registering on the Website and using the Site, you agree to:

• 1. Present at registration accurate, current and complete information about you that may be requested from you registration forms on the Site (registration data); 
• 2. Take appropriate steps to safeguard your user name (login, email address) and password; 
• 3. Periodically update the Registration Data and other personal information you submitted during registration to ensure its accuracy, timeliness and completeness; 
• 4. Take full responsibility for any action taken by you using your account and for any consequences that could entail, or caused such use.

2. Unauthorised use of the Site

• 1. The site is available only for your personal, noncommercial use. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you are fully aware that the materials posted by you on or with it, could potentially violate the legally protected property and (or) the moral rights of third parties, including exclusive rights to intellectual property and may contain information that is denied to the spread of the laws of the Russian Federation. 
  
  
• 2. This Regulation, NOT ON THE WEBSITE: 
  
  
  • 1. To accumulate or collect email addresses or other contact information for users of the Site by automated or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited mail (spam) or other unwanted information; 
  • 2. Use the Site in any manner that could interfere with normal functioning of the Site and its services; 
  • 3. Use automated scripts (programs) to collect information and (or) interaction with the Site and its services; 
  • 4. Upload, publish, transfer, otherwise convey to the public (hereinafter - the place) any information that contains threats to discredit or insult other users or third parties, is vulgar, obscene, is fraudulent, infringe on personal or public interest promoting racial, religious, ethnic hatred or enmity, or any other information that violates the legally protected human and civil rights; 
  • 5. Registering more than one user account, register a user account on behalf of the persons to whom you are not a (fake account) or register an account group or organization; 
  • 6. Confusing to the user regarding his identity, using the account of another person, intentionally distort the representation of himself, his age or his relations with other persons or organizations; 
  • 7. Place any commercial advertising, commercial proposals, promotional materials, to distribute spam, chain messages (messages that require transfer of one or more users), pyramid schemes or encouraging them to participate in, any other intrusive information, except when the accommodation such information has been approved by the Administration; 
  • 8. Place on the site home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passport details and other personal information of other users or any third parties without their own consent to such actions; 
  • 9. Place any files that contain or may contain viruses or other malicious programs; 
  • 10. Describe or promote criminal activity, place instructions or guidelines for the commission of criminal acts; 
  • 11. In any manner, including by hacking, attempting to gain access to another's account, against the wishes of the person to whom it belongs; 
  • 12. Post any information that violates the exclusive rights of users or third parties' intellectual property; 
  • 13. Place any other information which, under the personal opinion of the Administration, is junk, does not meet the objectives of creating the site, prejudicial to the interests of users or for other reasons is undesirable for posting on the Site.

• 3. The Administration reserves the right in its sole discretion, to change (moderate) or to remove any information published by you violates the prohibition established by paragraph 2.2.Regulations (including private messages), suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or any of the sections or services of the site at any time for any reason or without giving a reason, with or without notice thereof shall not be responsible for any harm that may be caused to you in this action; 
• 4. The Administration strongly reserves the right to delete your account and (or) suspend, restrict or terminate your access to any of the services of a site if the Administration finds that in her opinion, you represent a threat to the Site and (or) of its users.

3. Exclusive rights to the Content posted on the Site

• 1. All items are posted on the Site, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs, music, sounds and other objects, and their selection (hereinafter - theContent ") are objects of exclusive rights to the Administration of users copyright and other rights holders, and all rights to these objects are protected; 
• 2. Except as required by these Rules, as well as the current Russian law, no Content may be copied (reproduced), processed, distributed, displayed in a frame, published, downloaded, transferred, sold or otherwise used in whole or in part, without prior permission, unless the owner explicitly consented to the free use of the material by any person; 
• 3. Placing your content on the Site, you grant to others a nonexclusive right to use it, by viewing, playback (including backup), processing (including printing copies), other rights - the sole purpose of personal non-commercial use, unless when such use causes or may cause harm to legally protected interests of the rightholder; 
• 4. Use of content to which you gained access solely for your personal, noncommercial use is permitted provided that all signs of authorship (copyrights) or other notice of authorship, preserve the author's name intact, preserving the product in an unaltered form; 
• 5. In addition to its own content, you shall not upload, or otherwise communicate to the public (published on the site) Content of other web sites, databases and other objects of exclusive rights in the absence of explicit consent holder to do so; 
• 6. Any use of the Site or the Content, except as permitted by these Rules or in the case of the express consent of the author (copyright owner) of such use, without the prior written permission is strictly prohibited; 
• 7. In the case of receipts from the respective copyright owner motivated complaints against the violation of his rights protected by law, the Administration reserves the right to apply against the offending measures referred to in subsection 2.3. Rules; 
• 8. Unless otherwise explicitly not established in these regulations, nothing in these Regulations can not be considered as a transfer of exclusive rights.

4. Responsibility for violation of exclusive rights

• 1. You are solely responsible for any Content or other information that you upload or otherwise bring it to the public (publishing) on or through it. You may not upload, transmit or publishcontent on the site if it was not created by you personally or arrangement, you do not have permission; 
• 2. You understand and agree that the Administration may, but is not obligated to, view the site in the presence of inappropriate content and can delete or move (without notice) anycontent or users of its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including without unrestricted movement or removal of content, which, under the personal opinion of theAdministration, violates these Terms or which may be illegal or might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other users or third parties; 
• 3. You are solely responsible for the safety of the Content (backup) that you post or store on the Site; 
• 4. Placing your content on the Site, you authorize the Administration to make copies of their content in order to streamline and facilitate the publishing and storing user-generatedcontent on the Site; 
• 5. By posting your Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant given by the administration-exclusive right to use it by copying, public performance, reproduction, processing, translation and distribution for the purposes of the Site or in connection therewith, including for its popularization. For these purposes the Administration may make derivative works, or embed your content in as part of the relevant collections, to perform other actions that serve these objectives; 
• 6. If you decide to remove your content, the rights referred to in subsection 4.5. Rules will be automatically revoked, but you should bear in mind that the Administration may retain archived copies of user content.

5. Sites and Content of third parties

• 1. The site contains (or may contain) links to other Web Sites (sites of third parties) as well as articles, photographs, illustrations, graphics, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content owned by or outbound from third parties (third party content); 
• 2. These third parties and their content is not checked by the Administration for compliance with this or other requirements (accuracy, completeness, integrity, etc.). The Administration is not responsible for any content posted on third-party sites to which you have access through website or through third party content, including, inter alia, any opinions or statements expressed on third party sites or their content; 
• 3. Posted on the Site links or guidance on uploading files and (or) the installation of third-party programs are not an endorsement or approval of these actions by the Administration; 
• 4. Reference to any site, product, service, any information of a commercial or noncommercial nature, on this website is not an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services) from Administration; 
• 5. If you decide to leave the site and go to the websites of third parties or to use or install third party programs, you do so at your own risk, and from that moment these rules no longer apply. In your future relationship you should be guided by the applicable rules and policies, including the business practices of those whose content you use.

6. Responsibilities of users and the Administration

• 1. You are solely responsible for the content that you place on your site, any information you provide to other users and for your interactions with others; 
• 2. Content hosted by users, is not subject to mandatory inspection by the Administration prior to its publication (pre-moderation) and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Administration on various issues. The administration makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any content, its accuracy, or reliability; 
• 3. Since the site is open for public access and nepremoderiruemym information resource, the Administration assumes no liability for any User Content or other third parties, posted on theSite or using it; 
• 4. The Administration is not responsible for any conduct of users or third parties using or browsing the site, both online and off the Internet (offline); 
• 5. Site or its services may be at any given time, partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other works or any other technical reasons. The administration has the right to carry out the necessary preventive or other work in this or any other time in its sole discretion to notice to you or not; 
• 6. The Administration is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in processing or transmission, communications lines failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the users who posted on the Website or in any other place. The Administration did not responsible for any technical malfunction or other problems of any telephone network or service, computer systems, servers or providers, computer or phone equipment, software, failure of services or e-mail scripts for technical reasons; 
• 7. Administration is not responsible for any damage a user's computer or another person, mobile devices, any other hardware or software caused by or associated with downloading materials from the Site or on the links on the site.

7. Limitation of Liability Administration

• 1. SITE AND ITS SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL SCRIPTS, applications, content and site design DELIVERED . ADMINISTRATION DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVICES MAY NOT APPLY TO OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF USE. The administration can not guarantee and DOES NOT PROMISE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SITE AND (OR) of the Services; 
• 2. To avoid misunderstanding, YOU SHOULD FOLLOW SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING FROM THE SITE OR POSTED AT ITS LINKS AND USE OF ANY FILES, INCLUDING SOFTWARE. The administration strongly recommends using only licensed, including antivirus software; 
• 3. USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE THAT you download from or through any materials at their own risk and sole responsibility for the consequences of YOUR USE OF THE MATERIALS PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY CAUSE YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR TO THIRD PARTIES, LOSS OF DATA OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE THAT MAY BE CAUSED; 
• 4. The Administration reserves the right at any time to change the design of the site, its content, a list of services, modify or supplement used scripts, software and other items used or stored on site, any server-based applications at any time with or without notice to such ; 
  

8. Final Provisions

• 1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Administration about how to use the Site and its services, and supersede all prior agreements between you and the Administration; 
• 2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law and laws of Ukraine. Issues not regulated Agreement shall be settled in conformity with international law and laws of Ukraine. 
• 3. If for some reason or another, one or more standards of this Regulation is held invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity or applicability of other rules.
